The painting is based on my photo taken in Aug 2019 at Port Clyde, Main. Due to 12 foot tides these dock are only accessible by boat at high tide. Local lobster fishermen who own them work on the boats or transfer equipment at these times. When they are not working and/or fishing they use the docks as pleasure lounges with family and friends.
